Get on the email list to stay in the know!
Reset your body with expansion breathing and fascia release to decrease the compression patterns and restrictions we create from the inside-out.
This 45 minute in person or live virtual class will be taught by an experienced myofascial and biomechanics trained physical therapist.
If this is a virtual class, a zoom link will be sent to your email once registered and you will get the recording for 2 days. We do this to hold you accountable to get in the self care.
This expansion model of guided positional breathing and self fascia will decrease compression patterns we tend to hold. This will carry over to having better movement and mobility, less pain and stress, improved posture, a body that can recover well from training.
This class is great for those dealing with pain, high stress and cortisol levels, a desk job life, athletes or weekend warriors needing a recovery/mobility day or to feel more grounded and energized.
You will automatically be able to take pieces of this class into your daily self care routine.
Sport teams are always welcome.... It’s a missing link in their training and recovery! Let’s teach the youth early that resets are just as important as game days.
