Self Fascia and Breath Reset Class

This 45 minute live zoom class will be taught by an experienced fascia and global movement trained physical therapist. A zoom link will be sent to your email once registered.
You will let go of tension, stress, and pain, improve posture, mobility and rebalance the body through guided self fascia and breathing positions. This class is great for those dealing with pain, high stress and cortisol levels, a desk job life, athletes or weekend warriors needing a recovery/mobility day or to feel more grounded and energized.
You will automatically be able to take pieces of this class into your daily self care routine.
Sport teams are always welcome.... Its a missing link in their training!
What you will need
a small area near a wall
1 larger square pillow
a 2 -3 inch book
a hand towel
A rolled up towel 4-6 inch in diameter
small 4 inch vinyl ball or pilates ball (On my recommended page).
Yoga mat for comfort
Don't worry if something comes up and you can not make it live, a recording will be sent to your email the next day. You may not place your class on hold or carry over classes since recordings are sent after each class.
