- 1x/week virtual live small group 60 min zoom class with a physical therapist. You will learn this science based reset method to lay the essential framework your body craves to move and feel better.
- Each week will dive deeper into one of the reset foundational pillars. You will come away each week with easy practical tools to start integrating into your week.
- Week 1 takes you through learning ways your breath can create expansion to prime your body for a better foundation.
- Week 2 focuses on releasing the 3 dimensional fascia web that is intertwined with your entire body.
- Week 3 addresses the ideal alignment your body loves to have with your ribcage and pelvis.
- Week 4 starts to introduce different planes of motion that are key for quality movement.
- Week 5 brings it all together with a fun reset class to release, orient and move.
- Each week will end with something to calm the nervous system.
- You will have access to the 5 Week Reset for Success for 10 weeks.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:
open wall space
4 inch small ball or a rolled up towel
Step or chair
yoga block or 1-2 inch book
2 different size weights.. Light to medium( body weight is ok too!)
